Quality inspection: how it works

A quality inspection helps ensure the goods you receive meet expectations before reaching your customers.

If you’re working with a new supplier, a quality inspection may be required before your order can proceed.

Upload a quality inspection report

During order creation, you’ll see a Quality inspection section.

This is where you upload your quality inspection report.

If a report is required, you won’t be able to continue until it’s uploaded.

Book a quality inspection

If you don’t have a report yet, you’ll need to book one.

  • You can book directly with a provider
  • We recommend Sofeast, which is linked in the platform
  • You’re free to use any trusted provider

Exempt a supplier from inspection

If you’ve worked with the supplier before and trust their quality, you can request an exemption.

To do this:

  1. Click Go to supplier
  2. Upload 3 previously paid invoices

Our team will review the invoices and confirm if the supplier can be exempted.

You’ll receive an email once the review is complete.

What happens next

  • If approved, you can continue your order without a quality inspection
  • If not, you’ll need to upload a valid inspection report

Summary

You can either upload a quality inspection report or request an exemption by submitting previous invoices. Once reviewed, you’ll be able to continue your order.
