Create a receivables order
Want to finance an invoice through Treyd? This guide walks you through how to prepare and submit a receivables order correctly, so everything runs smoothly from the start.

Prepare your invoice
Make sure your invoice is complete and easy to review. It should include:
- Your company name and address, along with your customer’s details
- A clear description of the products sold
- Payment terms (invoice date and due date)
- Your Treyd Wallet account details as the payment recipient
- A currency enabled in your wallet
Good to know
The invoice must be issued by the same legal entity that holds the credit line with Treyd. Invoices from other companies within your group can’t be accepted.
Make sure your customer is approved
Before you create a receivables order, your customer (the one who will pay the invoice) needs to pass a review.
While your receivables limit is assigned to your company, each customer is still checked to make sure they’re eligible for financing.
Before submitting your order, check that:
- You’ve added your customer on the Treyd platform
- The customer has passed our review (credit & compliance checks)
- Your order amount fits within your available receivables limit
How it works:
- When you add a new customer, we run a credit and compliance check
- This happens behind the scenes — your customer isn’t contacted
- Once approved, you can create orders for that customer within your available limit
Good to know
If your customer is still under review or doesn’t pass the checks, you won’t be able to submit a receivables order for them.
Tip
Add and review customers ahead of time to avoid delays when you’re ready to create an order.
Check the invoice dates
Before submitting your receivables order:
- Make sure the invoice is no more than 10 days old
- If it’s older, you’ll need written confirmation from your customer agreeing to pay into your Treyd Wallet
- Ensure the due date on the invoice matches the due date in your receivables order
Reminder
Invoices without Treyd Wallet details can’t be funded.
Keep it aligned with your business
Your invoice should reflect your usual business activity. Focus on your core products and avoid adding unrelated or excessive charges.
Be ready to provide proof of delivery (PoD)
We may ask for proof of delivery to support your order. Accepted formats include:
- Signed delivery note
- Bill of lading
- Digital PoD (signature, GPS timestamp, etc.)
- Delivery confirmation email or SMS
- Courier tracking information
- Photo of delivery
- Signed or acknowledged invoice

Important reminder
If you’ve updated your payment details to your Treyd Wallet, make sure your customer is aware. They’ll need to update their records to ensure payments are sent to the correct account.
You’re all set. Once everything is in place, your receivables order can be processed without delays.
