You can start setting things up before onboarding is finished. Add suppliers and customers, and create draft orders. You won’t be able to sign or submit orders until onboarding is complete.

Yes, in order to remove or update a POA, please contact support and we’ll help you make the changes.
What should I do if I made a mistake in my onboarding?
You can update your information before or after submission if needed. Contact support if you need help.
Do all owners need to be included?
Yes, all owners need to be included in the KYC. In addition, at least two people must be verified on the platform. This can be Ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), or signatories / board members. If you run the company on your own, you can complete this step by verifying just yourself.
What’s the difference between signatory rights and POA?
Signatory rights allow a user to sign specific actions, while a POA gives broader authorization to act on behalf of the company.
How long does it take to connect my accounting system?
It usually takes a few hours for the connection to complete and data to start syncing.
How is my credit limit determined?
