What should I do if the connection fails?

How long does Treyd onboarding take?
It usually takes 10–20 minutes to complete and about 1 business day for review, depending on your information.
What do I need to do before connecting my bank?
Make sure open banking is enabled and that you have the permissions needed to grant access to Treyd.
Do all owners need to be included?
Yes, all owners need to be included in the KYC. In addition, at least two people must be verified on the platform. This can be Ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), or signatories / board members. If you run the company on your own, you can complete this step by verifying just yourself.
Do I need to invite other people to complete onboarding?
Yes, if there are required owners or signatories, they may need to verify their identity.
Who can sign a Power of Attorney (POA)?
Only authorized users with signing rights can sign a POA request.
What happens after I submit my onboarding?
Our team reviews your application. If everything looks good, your account will be approved and be presented with credit offers for you to choose from.
How long does it take to connect my bank account?
The connection is usually completed within a few minutes once you’ve approved access.
Do I still need to upload financial documents manually?
In most cases, no. Once connected, we can access your financial data automatically.
