Where can I find the export button?

The Export button is located in the top-right corner of the Invoices page.

How can I download my account statements?

Go to the Invoices page, click Export, choose your date range and filters, then click Export again to download the file. You can include open, closed, and overdue statements in the export.

Can I use the exported file for accounting?

Yes. The CSV file is designed to help with bookkeeping and record-keeping.

Why don’t I see all my statements in the export?

Make sure Show closed invoices is turned on and that your filters and date range include the statements you’re looking for.

What file format will my statements be exported in?

Your statements are exported as a downloadable CSV file that you can use for bookkeeping or reporting.

Can I export statements for a specific time period?

Yes. You can select a custom date range when exporting to include only statements from that period.
