Why is my Treyd invoice in a different currency than my order?

You will always repay Treyd in the same currency that your credit limit is in, not necessarily the currency we made the supplier payment in.

What if I don’t have signing rights?

You can still prepare the order. In the final step, select someone with signatory rights and send them a signature request. They’ll be notified to review, sign, and submit the order.

Why was my order rejected?

An order can be rejected if it doesn’t meet our requirements or if key information is missing. You can contact support for more details on your specific case.

Why hasn’t my repayment been registered yet?

Bank transfers can take time to process. If your payment hasn’t been reflected after 5–7 days, contact support and we’ll help you check the status.

How do I request a quality inspection exemption?

Go to the supplier page and upload 3 previously paid invoices. We’ll review them and confirm if the supplier can be approved as a known supplier.

What happens if my invoice currency doesn’t match the payout currency?

We won’t be able to process the order. The payout currency must match the supplier invoice currency, so make sure they’re aligned before submitting.

What happens if my invoice becomes overdue?

If your invoice isn’t paid by the due date, it becomes overdue and may incur additional fees. Continued delay can lead to the invoice being handed over to our collections partner.

What details are needed for automatic settlement?

Include the exact reference from your invoice when making your transfer. This allows the system to match and settle the invoice automatically.

Why does the FX rate change before I sign?

The FX rate is updated hourly based on market rates. It’s only locked in once you sign the order.

How do I track my order status?

Go to the Orders page on the platform. You’ll see the latest status and any actions needed from you.
