Why hasn’t my repayment been registered yet?
Bank transfers can take time to process. If your payment hasn’t been reflected after 5–7 days, contact support and we’ll help you check the status.

Why does the FX rate change before I sign?
The FX rate is updated hourly based on market rates. It’s only locked in once you sign the order.

Do I need to merge multiple invoices into one file?
No. You can upload separate invoice files directly—there’s no need to merge PDFs unless you have more than 4.

How long does a wallet repayment take?
Transfers to your wallet usually happen almost instantly. The invoice is settled once the funds are applied to it.
