How many invoices can I upload per order?

You can upload up to 4 invoice files per order.

How do I repay an invoice via Treyd Wallet?

Send funds to your wallet using the details provided on the invoice or in the Wallet section. If the correct reference is included, the payment is applied automatically. Otherwise, you can settle it manually from the invoice.

When will my credit limit be available again after repayment?

Once your payment is received, your invoice is marked as closed and your credit limit is updated.

How long does it take for my order to be approved?

If everything with your order is correct, it is usually approved almost instantly. If it needs an extra review, our team will take a closer look and may reach out if anything needs clarifying. In most cases, this is completed within a few hours.

When does the payout process start?

The payout process begins on your selected payout date and once your order is approved.
