Conversions are usually processed instantly after being quickly reviewed on our side.
How do I convert currency in my Treyd Wallet?
Go to Balance breakdown, click the three dots next to your balance, and select Convert.
What details need to be included for my payables invoice to be automatically settled?
As long as you include the invoice’s unique reference or the Treyd invoice number when making your payment, our system will automatically settle it on your behalf once your funds land in the wallet.
What details can I find in my wallet account?
You’ll find information like bank name, account number, SWIFT code, routing numbers, and bank address.
Can I hold multiple currencies in my wallet?
Yes. The wallet supports multiple currencies, each with its own balance and account details. You can also convert between supported currencies or use Convert & Settle to repay invoices directly from another wallet currency.
Can I cancel a withdrawal after confirming it?
Once submitted, withdrawals are processed and may not be reversible.
Do I need to convert currency before withdrawing funds?
You can convert if you want to withdraw in a certain currency. However, you don’t need to convert if your bank account accepts your withdrawal currency.
Do I need to manually settle my invoice?
No. As long as the reference details correspond, payments are automatically allocated, reducing manual work and reconciliation effort.
Can I withdraw part of my balance?
Yes. You can choose any amount up to your available balance.
