Which account details should I share with my customer?

Make sure to share the details for the correct currency and transfer type (domestic or international).

Can I cancel a withdrawal after confirming it?

Once submitted, withdrawals are processed and may not be reversible.

Do I need to manually move funds in the wallet?

No. Funds will be automatically applied to the corresponding invoices if the details match.

Where can I review my conversion details?

You can review the FX rate and final amount before confirming the conversion request.

Why can’t I withdraw my funds?

You can withdraw any available balance in your Wallet, as long as there are no overdue invoices on your account. If you do have overdue invoices, an equivalent amount will be held in your wallet and won’t be available for withdrawal until those invoices have been settled.

What details can I find in my wallet account?

You’ll find information like bank name, account number, SWIFT code, routing numbers, and bank address.

Do I need to manually settle my invoice?

No. As long as the reference details correspond, payments are automatically allocated, reducing manual work and reconciliation effort.

What FX rate will be applied?

You’ll see the FX rate before confirming. This rate is applied when you submit the conversion request.

Can I withdraw part of my balance?

Yes. You can choose any amount up to your available balance.
