What happens if my repayment is late?

If your repayment is late, a late fee invoice may be issued. This is calculated based on the late fee interest, the overdue amount and the number of days past the due date.

Do payouts happen on weekends or holidays?

No. Payments are only processed on bank days, so weekends and public holidays may add extra time.

What should I do if my supplier hasn’t received the payment?

First, check the payout status in your order. If it shows “Payout sent,” allow up to 3-5 bank days for international transfers. If it’s still not received after that, contact support and we’ll help trace it.

Why can’t I proceed with my order?

Common reasons include missing invoice details, currency mismatch, missing supplier info, or required steps like quality inspection or signatures not being completed.

Can I mix invoices from my accounting system and uploaded files?

Yes. You can combine invoices from your accounting system with manually uploaded invoice files in the same order.

How is the total amount calculated?

We automatically combine the values from all uploaded invoices to calculate the total amount for the order. You may also manually change this if you are doing partial payments.

What happens if I upload a duplicate invoice?

Duplicate invoices may be rejected or sent back for correction. If this happens, you can update the order and resubmit it.

Why is my payout taking longer than expected?

Delays can happen due to standard processing times, compliance checks, or weekends and holidays. If the payout is significantly delayed beyond expected timelines or appears stuck, contact support and we’ll help investigate.
