When should I use Convert & Settle instead of a regular currency conversion?

Use Convert & Settle when your goal is to repay a Treyd invoice using funds held in another wallet currency. If you simply want to exchange currencies and keep the funds in your wallet, use a regular conversion instead.

What email notifications will I receive for wallet payments?

We’ll send email notifications when funds arrive in your Treyd Wallet and when customer repayments are automatically processed and matched to invoices.

Can I include multiple products or charges on the invoice?

Yes, but the invoice should reflect your usual business activity. Avoid adding unrelated or excessive charges.
