How do I settle multiple invoices from my wallet?
Go to Invoices, select the invoices you want to repay, click Settle, and choose Wallet as the payment method.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal times vary by bank and currency, but can take up to a few banking days.
How will I know if a customer repayment was settled automatically?
You’ll receive an email confirmation when a customer repayment has been identified, processed, and automatically matched to the correct invoice. No further action is needed from you.
How can I withdraw funds in different currencies to my bank account?
You can start by converting the funds in the platform before making a withdrawal to your bank account. You can also add multiple bank accounts and choose the one that matches the currency of the withdrawal you want to make.
Is there a limit to how much I can convert?
You can convert up to your available balance in the selected currency.
Can I download my wallet details?
Yes. You can download a PDF with your account details using the Download confirmation button.
Can I cancel a conversion after confirming it?
As long as it's still pending, it can be canceled. Once submitted, the conversion request is processed and may not be reversible. Contact support as soon as possible if needed.
Can I add funds to my wallet?
Yes. You can top up your wallet at any time to cover Treyd repayments.
When will I see the converted funds?
Once approved, the converted amount will appear in your wallet in the new currency.
